Il prezzo dell’affitto è comprensivo delle spese di luce, gas, acqua calda e fredda, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, parcheggio.
Il numero delle persone ospiti dell’alloggio è fissato per ogni tipo di appartamento e non potrà essere superato.
Ogni appartamento ha diritto di un solo posto auto
Gli alloggi sono completamente arredati e dotati di stoviglie, utensili da cucina, coperte cuscini ecc. E’ esclusa la dotazione di biancheria.
La riservazione è definitiva con il ricevimento di un deposito cauzionale di € 200,00 |

Die unterzubringende Personenzahl ist für jede Appartmenttyp festgelegt und darf auf keinen Fall Überschritten werden.
Jede Wohnung hat Recht in Parkplatz nur eine Auto
Die unterkunfte sind vollstanding möbliert und mit Besteck, Geschirr, Kuchenutensilien, Decken, Kissen usw. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind nicht inbegriffen.
Die Bestellung ist erst nach Erhalt der Anzahlung von € 200,00 endgültig
