L’appartamento, il parcheggio, si intende disponibile dalle ore 15 del giorno di arrivo alle ore 10 del giorno di partenza.
Il prezzo dell’affitto è comprensivo delle spese di luce, gas, acqua calda e fredda, parcheggio, posto spiaggia
con un ombrellone e due lettini.
Il numero delle persone ospiti dell’alloggio è fissato per ogni tipo di appartamento e non potrà essere superato.
Ogni appartamento ha diritto di un solo posto auto.
Gli alloggi sono completamente arredati e dotati di stoviglie, utensili da cucina, coperte cuscini ecc. E’ esclusa la dotazione di biancheria.
La riservazione è definitiva con il ricevimento di un deposito cauzionale di € 200,00 |
