Apartments Carole: VILLA CLARA at just 20 metres from the beach

The apartments Villa Clara are situated at just 20 metres from the beach: Spiaggia di Ponente di Caorle, in street D. Alighieri. There is a wonderful view of the sea from each apartments, they can be a two-room or three-room flats and they are in the ground floor, in the first and in the second floor. You can arrive to the old town centre in a walk of 10 minutes, directly from the seafront Venezia or from the pedestrian precinct. |
The apartments have:
- balcony with sea view;
- television;
- safe;
- microwave;
- private parking;
- private beach;
- ironing board
The Apartments , car, Park, may be used from 15 am of the day of arrival until 10 am of departure day
The cost of electricity, gas, cold water, heating, Park, private beach with umbrella and sun deck chair.
The number of persons staying in the rooms ist fixed for each type of apartment and must not be exceeded.
Every apartment has the right of 1 only place auto.
The rooms are completely furnished and equipped with cutlery, plates, kitchen utensils, blankets, pillows etc.
Bed linen and towels are not included.
Bookings are only valid on receipt of a deposit of € 200,00
